Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, the delivery takes around 7-16 business days depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

The shipping costs $7 worldwide. We do have a free shipping cost for purchases higher than $70.

In 2025 we started seeing people coming on social media and saying there is not enough bags that are affordable and still have a durable quality to them. After doing some research it saw clear that affordable bag stores do exist, but the bags aren’t good enough to make anyone feel good about themselves.

So we did a big search and stumbled upon a few manufacturers who were making bags that looked incredible and also felt like 500 dollars.
So we took matters into our own hands and in early 2026 our store was ready to launch.
